The event is co organized by IEEE and the GR joint chapter JSSC/CASS and the AUTH Physics Department, this event is in the framework of an R8 event all over Europe,
“2025 European event series to promote industry engagement across Europe further, building on the success of the 2024 European event series celebrating the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society (CASS) 75th anniversary. The series will consist of 10+ events, with 50+ talks, including 35+ talks from industry from 30 companies, aimed at strengthening industry-academia partnerships and highlighting key sectors such as wireless networks, biomedical systems, AI, and IoT integration. These events will take place in cities like Grenoble, Aarhus, Paris, Thessaloniki, and Catania, fostering direct collaboration between students, researchers, and industry leaders. Topics will include energy harvesting, the future of integrated systems, and the role of AI in next-generation communication technologies. This outreach aims to raise CASS’s visibility and facilitate deeper industry engagement. Event formats will feature technical talks from industry experts, networking sessions, discussions, and presentations of the Industry Distinguished Lecturer Program (iDLP) within CASS. The strategic goal is to increase industry participation by 30% in the coming years”
